Eligibility for Refunds

- The refund request must be made within 7 days of the purchase date
- You must provide a valid reason for the refund request
- The digital product must not have been excessively downloaded or used

To initiate a refund request:

- Provide your order number and the email address used for the purchase
- Explain the reason for your refund request
Refund Process
Once we receive your refund request:
- We will review your request within 2-3 business days
- If approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method
- Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider
Exceptions
Please note the following exceptions to our refund policy:
- Refunds are not available for products purchased during sales or with promotional discounts of 15% or more.
- We reserve the right to refuse refunds if we suspect abuse of the refund policy.
Revocation of Future Updates & Access
Upon issuing a refund, we will no longer be giving you future updates on any new digital products that are added to your bundle subscription.
